THE MARONDERA RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL hereby gives notice in terms of subsection (2) of section 15 of the Regional, Town and Country Planning Act, Chapter 29: 12, as read with section 8 of the Regional, Town and Country Planning (Master and Local Plans) Regulations, 1977, that the Marondera Rural District Master Plan has been Adopted and is now on public exhibition commencing on 21 October 2024 and ending 20 December 2024.

All the documents relevant to the draft master plan are on public exhibition at: Marondera RDC Head Office on the following days and at the following times during normal working days (Monday to Friday), viewing time: 0800hrs to 1630hrs only.
